In the meantime, the below instructions can be used for linking to and into the current release of AmiGO, but please keep in mind that the below links will change in the future and code accordingly. Linking to General Pages in AmiGO

Term Information

Links to term information pages use the full GO term IDs, including the GO: prefix. GO IDs are of the form

GO:nnnnnnn

where n are numbers ([0-9]).

Gene Product Information

Gene product information can be accessed using the full ID of the gene product, composed of the database prefix and the local ID. For example, to access information about the UniProtKB protein O15178, use the gene product ID UniProtKB:O15178.
