One common source of trouble is that the public AmiGO installation does not use a database that has IEAs loaded. If you are unable to find what you are looking for, you might want to check.
In general, AmiGO is vigorously tested against a wide range of operating systems and browsers on several different platforms (see the overview). However, the graphical viewer for the Reference Genome project has a mode the utilizes SVG, which is not widely available in Internet Explorer for Windows operating systems. In this case, we suggest that the user tries using the PNG version.
