Plan for handling links that can no longer be inferred

Go through list of EXISTS, TAGGED-INFERRED, NOT-ENTAILED

  1. Assert anything we want to keep (remove 'is_inferred' tag).
  2. Assert anything we think requires further discussion, but make a note of it
  3. Manually delete any links we think is okay to go
