Senescence v. cell aging

There is some confusion between the senescence terms and the cell aging terms. The senescence terms were originally sensu Viridiplantae terms to cover organ shedding, but when we removed the sensu ending and more fully defined the terms we accidentally defined the terms too broadly so that people are now annotating human cell aging. There are also some cell aging terms that are suitable for human annotation but these need work and general expansion. It would be good if there could be a clinic to work out what to do about these terms. Once it is settled which term will represent the plant scenesence processes we should make an only_in_taxon link as well, to prevent human cell annotation to this plant process. People to include in the discussion are Ruth Lovering, Emily Dimmer and Tanya Berardini.
