Suzi - the Google GO calendar needs to be updated to show correct time for Managers meetings.


  • The upcoming GOC meeting:

Judy - important that action items are agreed, along with delivery dates and responsible people

Judy - GOA and MGI work with Heather Wick and Donna Slonim; Fetal development annotation

Emily - GOA supporting Sushil Tripathi, working on Gastrin pathways

Rama - communicating with Vinoid from the M.tuberculosis annotation jamboree effort

Rama - Jamboree guidelines required on the GOC web site and sanity checks need to be passed over them. Could develop the curation SOP

Suzi - announced Evidence Code workshop at the ISMB 2010.

    • Prioritization of some things Chris would like to discuss/present at the GO meeting. Including estimates for ideal length of time, but we can discuss these. We should be sure to see which topics that people who phone into the meeting are most interested in so we can plan the agenda accordingly.
      • Cross-product / logical definitions update, go/chebi xps (15 - David says longer)
