Union term id space

Hi Chris,

If I want to pick an identifier for the union terms 
do I need to make sure that it doesn't overlap with 
any other ontology in OBO?

The ids are currently all ID:XXXXXXX or JD:XXXXXXX.

Maybe they could be UN:XXXXXXX if there isn't another
one with that?

Chris suggested NCBITaxon_Union:XXXXXXX as an identifier space so I have made the change and committed the files.
