Source(s) for annotations from PAINT tool versus Protein2GO (Karen)

Tony Sawford at the EBI would like for there to be different sources for annotations made via the PAINT tool and for those made via Protein2GO to avoid circularity issues due to having the same source being used for both internal annotations (via Protein2GO) and loads from external sources (e.g. PAINT GAF). He has suggested "GO_Central:PAINT" for annotations made via the PAINT tool.

It is also worth being aware that at least as currently used, the "GO Central" source as I have used it is not specific to annotations made as part of the PAINT effort, as I have also been making annotations for the Synapse Jamboree. It may be possible within Protein2GO to allow a single annotator to have access to multiple sources to tag annotations for a specific project.

Use NOT and STOP (Huaiyu)

I when annotate a NOT in paint, sometimes, I would like to keep one parent term. Is it possible. Can we still do STOP?
