12:30PM -- Private lunch for SAB

  1. How much effort should we devote to engaging user community about GO resources and how to most effectively use them?
  2. What is appropriate balance between curation of experimental annotations (mostly in MODs) with increased context of specific protein, specific cell type, specific time, and the curation of inferenction annotations for all life forms via phylogenetic/comparative approaches?
  3. What GOC tasks have greatest impact on scientific usability?
  4. Is balance of effort between ontology development and knowledge curation and usability appropriate?

1:30PM Discussion: SAB, PIs
