Improve Taxon constraints in PAINT

  • PAINT should take into account children and NOT just the node annotated to give taxon constraint warning
  • (Re-) discuss filter/warning: Manually assigning NOT annotations is time-consuming. It may be worth it to notify GO if there are bad taxon constraints

Discussion: - Anushya will implement taxon constraints

Quick editing of all annotations in one node

When there is one long branch and we want to put 'NOT IRD' on a node, it would be nice to be able to do this in a 'bulk' manner. Now we have not NOT every individual annotation.
