Transcription Annotation Guidelines and Review
- Pascale and Ruth will review updated transcription annotation guidelines
- Please review annotation guidelines for transcription and add comments/questions, if needed
- As part of this work, some InterPro2GO mappings and PANTHER families are being reviewed; we will wait for another few weeks while these updates trickle through before assigning more annotations to review
- Will review transcription models in GO-CAM to include with the annotation guidelines; this may lead to some review and updates to existing production GO-CAMs
