Items for May newsletter

  • AmiGO release
Starting in March 2008, the following enhancements and new features were made available in 
AmiGO (http://amigo.geneontology.org), 
the web application that allows browsing and visualization of the ontologies and annotations from multiple species:
 Better search interface and results
 Result ranking
 More and improved download options
 Visual enhancements (graphs, bar charts, etc.)
 Term Enrichment
 Slimmer
