1. Versioning annotation procedure? There's been an issue recently with GeneDB annotating from old annotation rules, meaning that some of their ISS annotations are currently invalid. How about we maintain a versioned, 'hard', set of annotation rules which reflect the Jenkins QC checks but are human-readable. When there is a change to the annotation rules, we issue a new version of this doc. Other 'grey-area' documentation would remain as it is [Jane and Rachael]
