Outreach coordinator role

MGD outreach job description:

• Responsible for assisting users with questions regarding biological/scientific aspects of MGD
• triage and tracks requests using the ServiceNow Helpdesk system,
• answer or forward user queries, as appropriate, and tracks responses.
• work closely with the MGD software team as new software is implemented to ensure that new users help documents are written, and existing documents updated.
• develop online turorials and FAQs, including pictorial step-by-step instructions, and animated videos.
• organize training sessions at conferences and meetings and at road shows given at other institutions.
• responsible for developing problem sets and tutorials for training sessions, as well as tutorials for the MGD website.
• maintains the listserve system for our Email scientific community forum and technical forum, monitors email flow, responds to MGD-relevant listserve postings, and updates the Lists as needed.
• maintains the Facebook and Twitter accounts
