As far as "muscle plasticity" goes, I would argue that muscle plasticity is a biological quality, a state of a muscle, analogous to blood pressure or actin filament length. Thus in itself it is not a valid process name. Rather the process name should be "regulation of muscle plasticity." Thus I would change the main term to "regulation of muscle plasticity" and eliminate the subterm of the same name. This term would also become an is_a to "regulation of biological quality ; GO:0065008" in addition to be an is_a to "muscle system process." Similarly, I would recommend that the subterms "smooth muscle plasticity" and "striated muscle plasticity" be changed to "regulation of smooth muscle plasticity" and "regulation of striated muscle plasticity," respectively.

Therefore, "response to stimulus involved in muscle plasticity" should become "response to stimulus involved in regulation of muscle plasticity" and so on for the rest of response and detection terms. Also some of the term names should be more precise, to avoid misapplication in other situations:

"detection of injury" should become "detection of injury involved in regulation of muscle plasticity"

"response to muscle activity involved in muscle plasticity" => "response to muscle activity involved in regulation of muscle plasticity"

"detection of muscle activity" => "detection of muscle activity involved in regulation of muscle plasticity"

"response to acute muscle activity" => "response to acute muscle activity involved in regulation of muscle plasticity"

"response to sustained muscle activity" => "response to sustained muscle activity involved in regulation of muscle plasticity"

"response to state of inactivity" => "response to state of inactivity involved in regulation of muscle plasticity" (a brain can be inactive, but such inactivity does not necessarily lead to changes in muscle plasticity)

"detection of state of inactivity" => "detection of state of inactivity involved in regulation of muscle plasticity"

"response to denervation" => "response denervation involved in regulation of muscle plasticity" (does all denervation result in changes in muscle plasticity? Probably yes, but I'm being picky)

"response to rest" => "response rest involved in regulation of muscle plasticity" (rest is a pretty vague term)
