This page shows the oboedit XP matrix editor on the BP x CL xps. Columns show the GENUS term -- here, core GO processes. Rows show the DIFFERENTIA term -- here terms from CL. Entries in the matrix ("cells") show the XP term if present in GO. "B cell differentiation" is selected. Supertypes are shown in pink, subtypes in yellow.

Selecting "Edit/assert implied links" brings up a list of reasoner inferences.
