The bug mentioned in the last report turned out to be a problem with the overall design of the feature, and so I redesigned it to have two main classes: TagFilter and TagFilterEditor. This is much better and I am now ironing out some remaining bugs in the handling of multiple files. I also spent some time investigating the 'random term selector' bug in the Graphviz Component. The Tag Filtering feature is in progress. The bug mentioned in the last report turned out to be a problem with the overall design of the feature, and so I redesigned it to have two main classes: TagFilter and TagFilterEditor. This is much better and I am now ironing out some remaining bugs in the handling of multiple files. This project is on the back burner just now as I concentrate on getting taxon numbers for the consortium meeting.
