Features:

The Tag Filtering feature is in progress. The bug mentioned in the last report turned out to be a problem with the overall design of the feature, and so I redesigned it to have two main classes: TagFilter and TagFilterEditor. This is much better and I am now ironing out some remaining bugs in the handling of multiple files. This project is on the back burner just now as I concentrate on getting taxon numbers for the consortium meeting.

Bugs:

I also spent some time investigating the 'random term selector' bug in the Graphviz Component. This bug is quite a complicated action listener problem so I was not able to fix it quickly, but I have explained the problem to Amina in case she is able to come up with a quick fix.
