Bug fixing

Jennifer Deegan: Helped Harold to resolve a problem with graphviz related to an upgrade in his operating system.
Logger statements have been enabled for the latest release to help show what is going wrong.

New Features in progress

Jennifer Deegan: Adding a tag filter to the 'Save as' dialog. (Largely complete)
This is quite a complicated feature and the last few bugs are taking some time to iron out.
Remaining bugs in progress: Tag filters in saved profiles are not restored from disk.
