There are a number of tags from the OBO 1.2 spec on the GO website that are missing from the OBOConstants.java class in OBO-Edit. It looks as if these have just never been needed, but could now be added if it would be useful. Is this right? I am writing a tag filtering system and I would like to set it up to filter all tag types, partly for completeness, and partly because many of them would be very useful. However this is not currently possible as some of the tags are not included in OBOConstants.java. Is there any known reason why I should not add these? Examples include:

intersection_of
is_a

broad_synonym
