Cross product support issues

There are a bunch of related issues to do with incomplete support for editing intersections. In most cases, I think we just need them to be treated like regular relationships. Perhaps the best thing to do would be to look at how editing works for relationships in various scenarios and check whether intersections are treated the same or not.

Examples:

Merge error: if do merge, and the alternate id is used elsewhere, the intersections don’t keep up: dangling (if have set to allow) or deleted because they used the old id; don’t automatically use the new id). Karen: id management in general: would be nice to be able to change any and every instance of one id to another (rather than manual editing of file in a text editor).

Terry M: is is_a closure fixed: yes

Graph Editor causing crashes: when working on large ontologies. Amina suggests making so that only the graph editor component will close rather than taking the entire program with it. Kaeen C notes : be careful: if you see losing icons to expand, collapse, this is a sign: then close program gracefully before it's too late!

Laurel: Dictionaries: which to use and can they be shared? Midori explained about current problems with user dict. User dictionary does not actually save when you tell it to; even if manually add terms in text editor the program ignores the file on load anyways. Can save to standard dict and it will save them; this should not be overwritten upon a new install as same config directory is used.
