Analysis of plant enzymes
- At the Geneva meeting we noticed that the definitions of the MF terms that Harold added recently did not match either the EC xref or the MetaCyc xref.
- Harold will report on the extent of the problem.
- To handle this, should we keep the MFs as originally defined and add parent terms that correspond to the correct EC's if they don't exist? This would allow us to classify these with respect to Rhea as well.
