Discussion topics

  • Regulates-o-part_of progress: Jim has updated the spreadsheet. There are 78 cases where inferences are gone and new inferences have been made. A quick scan by David and Jim before Christmas showed that these were due to changes in the ontology that have been made since the last time this report was run. David will check these out in more detail and will contact the appropriate experts if he has questions (Barbara, Tanya, Val). Once this is done, we can have Jim implement his changes.
