Summary Slides & Live Demo

  1. Action item: should we change to separate GONUTS pages for each ortholog with a common summary page?

To discussion

  1. Do we continue current method of prioritization for curation?
  2. UniProt: This month's curation targets is very large for the human set of proteins (37 human proteins to annotate which have a total of ~7500 publications)
  1. Idea of having a small group go away and review a specific annotation method, meet between them and report back to the group - spending maybe a whole refgen call one on or two issues - which we could aim to completely resolve....do you think we could suggest this as a way of making progress on the consistency concerns we have? just an idea though of something to discuss

12:00-1:00 Lunch - catered at meeting room

ACTION ITEMS

  1. gp2protein file: (Chris, Pascale) to be renamed, and its specifications redefined
  2. GAF file: (Chris, Pascale) : Make sure people can send the new version of the file.
