Disease genes
Conserved Human-E.coli
- list of genes is in the 'Suggestions' spreadsheet (look for the "conserved Hs-Ec" sheet)
- enter the ensemble ID in YOGY
- find the UniProt ID from the YOGY summary tables
- check the 'master list' to make sure the gene has not previously been selected
