Annotation Conference Call
This was held on Tuesday 13th September, the minutes are here
Summary of discussion items;
- The Unpublished Reference for use with IC evidence code was agreed upon and will be added as a GO_REF
- It was agreed that the higher level term 'binding' should be included in the QC Rule GO_AR:0000003 (Annotations to 'protein binding;GO:0005515', should be made with IPI and interactor should be in the 'with' field )
- Midori summarized the use of Column 16 by PomBase
- The discussion on protein oligomerization will be added as a GOC meeting agenda item
