Summary: I outlined suggestions to (re)define those terms. Editors agreed to it. Pascale asked if there's any expert we could run this by. Chris suggested the obo-behavior list. I emailed the list twice to ask for feedback, but no reply. (The address I have is obo-behavior@lists.sourceforge.net, taken from https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/obo-behavior)

Anyone in the list I may contact directly? Or should I just go ahead with the changes. Thanks.
