Use Cases
A gp is annotated to microtubule binding but is not otherwise associated with the microtubule. The following rule seems reasonable
- G has_function F, F results_in_binding_of C → G colocalizes_with C
Methods
An initial parse was made using Obol. The results were then manually vetted by cjm, and new xp defs manually added
