TreeGrafter issue

It would be nice to talk about the issues Val raises about TreeGrafter on a future PAINT call – see for example here concerning PTHR23069:

Specifically here there is an annotation that Marc removed in Nov 2023 that is still used by TreeGrafter.

Also, I see that we have in PAINT terms that have been obsoleted for months; for example GO:0080111

DNA demethylation was obsoleted on April 30th, and is still in PAINT. This is a big problem since we are able to create annotations that are wrong at time of creation. Is this any way we can prioritize

  1. more frequent updates of primary data in PAINT
  2. making sure that TreeGrafter gets current data before making predictions?
