- The QC checks consist of either "filters" or "warnings".
- Filters exclude annotations from the files that the GO consortium pipeline generates
- Warnings are reported in the GO rules errors, but annotations are still exported

- GO rule report - Snapshot: Report groups should monitor daily or weekly
- GO rule report - Latest Official Monthly Release: Errors present in our most up to date release
