General GO meeting: 16 - 17 March (Sunday - Monday)

• AmiGO 2 Development:
  • Waiting on production with paths and redirects.
  • Term enrichment:
    • include redirecting to PANTHER's enrichment tool as option?
    • use Ontologizer as default (Chris + Seth to create service as default)
    • Add to GO Drupal site front page.
    • include a few examples: take some from experimental/ gene sets directory. We will need to evaluate these test sets (implementing Andrew Su's tool for ID resolution).

• new GO site:
  • Next 3 weeks to finish porting content over
  • 4 weeks after that for clean up and polishing (set up working domains, transfer to Stanford(?), etc.).

GO Advisors (SAB) meeting: 18 March (Tuesday)

• Broadcast statistics of new terms proposed, and how annotators have been using them.

Before GO meeting: 15 March (Saturday):

1. LEGO.

Two components:

• Show JS prototype, to familiarize people with it and get feedback.
• Explain LEGO in the context of what we want to annotate. Identify areas of the ontology where we need more annotation.
