Biennial NAR database update article

- David is working on this over the next few weeks. He would welcome comments/suggestions. The last NARs paper was published online in Nov. 2009, PMID:19920128

Is the integrated go-discuss mailing list working for everyone? Having gone through my email archive for the last 6 months there seems to have been very little discussion on it. [Jane]

- we need to better understand the audience for go-discuss, and how this list differs from go-friends.

Species ownership of GOC files, from Mike's suggestion could the GO C start to re-evaluate those dormant species owners? (needs Mike to comment)
