• Jenkins jobs
  • Current pipeline - builds failing
    • Chris looked into the issues wrt the failed GAF error reports
    • There is an upstream ontology relations issue that leads to this error
    • This will be fixed and the error files restored
  • Inference pipeline
    • What is the correct evidence code to use?
      • If a valid, logical inference, then the evidence code should stay the same as the original annotation
      • Would be better to proactively address QA issues, rather than have curators randomly happen upon problems with inferred annotations
  • Will review Jenkins pipeline on the annotation call on the 10th
• Production move to Berkeley
  • Seth and Chris will meet with Stanford group in February to go over pipeline and prepare for transition
