Noctua Manual: Editing in form

• Annotations entered through the Noctua form can be edited via the annotation table on the right hand-side of the form.

• As you save annotations in the form, the annotated gene products are added to an alphabetized annotation table on the right side of the form.

• From within the table, select the gene product whose annotation(s) you wish to edit and click on the down arrow to open up the editing window.

• Editable fields are denoted with an edit (pencil) icon in the lower right corner of each respective box.

• Clicking on the edit icon will open a pop-up window that will allow you to change the value of the field.
  • Note that relations are currently not editable in the form or table, so if you need to change a relation in one of your models, you need to use the graph editor.
