Fixed Search Results table so that if the font size is changed then the table rows change height to accommodate this. (Jennifer Deegan)

Fixed the Tree Viewer so that it no longer displays disjoint_from relationships.(Jennifer Deegan)

Fixed Tree Viewer comodification exception/redraw bug. This bug was caused by modification of a collection directly during iteration, rather than thread safe modification of the iterator.(Jennifer Deegan)

Began work on fixing handling of repaced_by and consider tags in OBOMerge and in OBO-Edit:
obomerge on consider and replaced_by tags
GUI propagating consider and replaced by tags (Jennifer Deegan)
