- Wrote javadoc for LinkFilter and ObjectFilter.
- Started developer section on the wiki: http://wiki.geneontology.org/index.php/OBO-Edit_Developer_Area
Consider/Replaced_by tags
- Dialog box that flags inclusion of terms in consider/replaced_by tags when the terms are being obsoleted.
- Investigating how best to include a rerunnable version of this test. Plans to include this in the verification manager, though there seems to be partial code in the ID Fixer to do this. See GUI propagating consider and replaced by tags.
- Working on fixing the handling of replaced_by tags in obomerge. See obomerge on consider and replaced_by tags.
Reasoner
- Learning how the Rule Based Reasoner works internally.
- Visit to Satnam Singh at Microsoft Research (Cambridge, UK) to discuss possible collaboration on sppeding up the Rule Based Reasoner Reasoner.
