Grape Annotation

Commitment by Franco-Italian grape sequencing project to annotate their genome with GO. Giorgio Valle's group to make the GO annotations with Erika Feltrin organizing.

Her group is working alot on ontologies. They're interested in mapping between ontologies, different relations between ontologies, OBO etc. They also do some annotation. They're keen on someone coming over to the GOA/GO office to work on ontologies.
