Load go.obo into OE and go.owl into Protege at the same time. Try to do stuff with on both, switch back and forth between applications to see what happens.

David questions whether the term should be

"leptin-mediated signaling pathway involved in negative regulation of appetite"

or rather

"negative regulation of appetite by leptin-mediated signaling", since the def of regulation of appetite is "any process...".
