Removing 'unknown' terms

The 'unknown' terms in GO - biological process unknown (GO:0000004), molecular function unknown (GO:0005554) and cellular component unknown (GO:0008372) - will be removed from GO on 15th October 2006. This change is being made because an ontology should describe what exists, rather than our knowledge of what exists; knowledge is better captured at the level of annotation.
