Methylation is a descendent of cellular process but has viral annotations. I need to change the graph so we have a cellular methylation that is a descendent of cellular process and a generic methylation that can be used for virus annotations.

This is a problem in a Swiss-Prot mapping. I have assigned it to Emily so it can be fixed.

This was an overly tight taxon rule that has been relaxed. It was also shown up by the prokaryote subcategory test.
