XP:cellular component xp go

logical definitions of CC cross-product classes, in terms of BP and MF.

GO-internal XPs for CC are divided into two resources

XP:cellular_component_xp_go - this one - CC x {BP,MF}
XP:cellular_component_xp_self - CC x CC

These are quite different in nature; this xp file deals will what a cellular component does. The CC*CC xps deal with how components are interrelated spatially

Methods

Obol was used to generate the initial version of the file. This was then vetted by cjm.
