Agenda
Recuration families with IBA conflict at the leaf nodes
IBAs are propagated to the leaf nodes even if there is experimental annotation with a conflict NOT qualifier to the same gene. Anushya curated a list of nodes with conflict.
- Here is the file with nodes to be curated: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1btEkCOzoTERf-NBgN-7VBKUB86_y1unh/view?usp=sharing
- Here are the ones that have been curated with notes: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fDfbSOXGsi_pAiXUj633nrTYpS9WiFpG/view?usp=sharing
- Here are some examples where IBAs are allowed to stay.

How annotations with conflicting qualifiers are displayed in PAINT Matrix
There are a few cases where there are conflicting annotations. Example PTHR43003(PTN000780612) with experimental NOT annotation for general term GO:0006284 and positive annotation for more specific term GO:0006285. In this case, annotation is displayed with pink dot so that curators can easily take note of conflicting qualifiers.
- Should display be changed when curator adds annotation?
