GOOSE stands for: GO Online SQL Environment.

Input SQL queries directly into one of the GO database mirrors. Includes templates, different results formats, and multiple mirrors.

For most users and purposes, the main online GOOSE is probably sufficient. For local installation, GOOSE is available as part of the go-dev repository (installed using the "-g" flag).
