Agenda and Minutes

GAF 2.2

• Discussion of where each group is at, any remaining issues to address
• GPAD 1.2 produced by GOC pipeline will use full set of gp2term relations as a way of moving us forward with GAF 2.2 more efficiently
• The pipeline has now switched over to consuming and generating GAF2.2 files for snapshot releases
• Testing files to ensure all is working okay
• March release is still slated to be on time (first week of March)

GOC Meetings

• Virtual Consortium Meeting -Monday May 3rd -Thurs May 6th
  • Agenda/Minutes - please suggest topics for discussion and/or breakout groups
• Next week (week of February 23rd) is a GO-CAM Office Hours call

Ontology Editors Jamboree

• Ontology editors held a jamboree last week to focus on discussing and closing outstanding tickets
• A few tickets of particular note for annotators:

  • https://github.com/geneontology/go-ontology/issues/19082 NTR G protein activity
  • https://github.com/geneontology/go-ontology/issues/20864 - possible merge or obsoletion of small G protein signal transduction (747 EXP)
