  • Regularly scheduled Noctua outages:
    • Thursday, February 24th
  • Known issue with entering protein-containing complexes in the Noctua form and 'Add Annoton' section of the graph editor
  • Complexes can be entered using the 'Add Individual' section of the graph editor
  • We are working on a fix ASAP

AmiGO

  • Progress on changing default closure relation to just use 'part of'
  • Including 'regulates' relations is now a toggle for users
