Membrane CC Terms
- Proposal to obsolete and reorganize CC ontology for membrane annotations
- Capturing membrane protein topology will no longer be under the purview of GO anotation
- Proposed changes to membrane terms
- Membrane protein topology can be interrogated in UniProtKB using the topology terms in the Subcellular Localization CV
