Membrane CC Terms
- Proposal to obsolete and reorganize CC ontology for membrane annotations
- Capturing membrane protein topology will no longer be under the purview of GO annotation
- Review 'integral to membrane protein annotations'
- SOP for examining topology and GO CC annotations in UniProtKB
Cell cortex definition

- Will devote future annotation calls (~September) to discuss this
- We'll come up with a list of CC terms to review as there are overlapping concepts in the ontology
- Curators can, over the summer, collect examples and sentences used for annotation
