Function terms:

GO:0046983 protein dimerization activity

GO:0042803 protein homodimerization activity

GO:0046982 protein heterodimerization activity

1. A protein binding to itself is not its function. Oligomeric state of a protein is indicative of its physical properties, not something we want to capture in GO. Should we represent these in the ontology?

2. If so, we need guidelines for their use
