== Methods ==
The Uberon ontology was generated by combining all major metazoan anatomy ontologies automatically and then curating the results. So far curation has been done by CJM and Melissa Haendel. The curation is still incomplete so there are errors in Uberon.
The XP set was generated using [[Obol]] and then curated.
