GPAD Outputs

    • Suppression of MF root annotations
      • What about inferred annotations when there's a root MF annotation?

      • part of o causally upstream of or within -> causally upstream of or within - this causal chain was missing
  • ACTION ITEM: on a future GO-CAM call, review the Inference Explanations for some models


  • Attribution will be according to the group selected by the curator
  • Groups are available from the drop-down menu to the right of the curator's name
  • Group xref will then be populated in the Assigned_by field of the GPAD output, with curator's orcid in the Annotation Properties field

Simple Annoton Editor

  • Allows curators to add annotons in a table-like interface
  • Annotations are automatically added to the graphical interface with appropriate evidence and relations
    • Note that default relations are used: enabled_by, occurs_in, and part_of
  • Editor enhancements to come:
    • Ability to add basic set of annotation extensions, e.g. has_input for an MF
    • Ability to just add a CC annotation and get the resulting part_of annotation in the graphical interface
