Review Paul's overhaul of MF
Review Paul's proposed changes to MF:
http://viewvc.geneontology.org/viewvc/GO-SVN/trunk/experimental/mf-overhaul/
This is a prerequisite to LEGO because ... (needs some discussion)
Can we give him an sense of what it would take to implement this?
Open gDoc with some notes here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-fxBu-YH7kcgq2JAeMe0hnAhFXp-AFAWIcQtGihZZJg/edit#
The proposal is large and will require discussion, redrafting and formalisation. This will be a long task so different elements need to be prioritised.
TODO: Paul to prioritise changes: which are essential for LEGO, and which would just be good to have.
CHEBI
(Stemming from the 'secondary metabolite' merge issue) Jane to report from the CHEBI workshop.
